Medical Consultants are physicians trained in NaProTechnology who provide medical care for Creighton Model users who are experiencing reproductive health concerns. A medical consultant must complete a 6 month training program in medical NaProTechnology designed for physicians through the Pope Paul VI Institute for the Study of Human Reproduction and Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. A one year NaProSurgery fellowship is available at the Institute for physicians with Obstetrics or Surgical training. FertilityCare practitioners and Medical Consultants are certified by the American Academy of FertilityCare Professionals.

St. Gianna’s Center offers an Education Program in the Tampa Bay area for anyone seeking to become a FertilityCare Practitioner. The program is academically challenging and taught using the allied health model of graduate level education. A college degree or previous training background in the health sciences is strongly recommended for all applicants. Continuing education credits for nurses, allied health professionals, and physicians are available for this program.
