Families (Natural Family Planning)

Natural Family Planning at the St. Gianna’s Center uses the Creighton Model. The Creighton Model can be used effectively by any woman in any reproductive situation such as regular menstrual cycles, long or irregular cycles, breastfeeding, post-partum, perimenopause, and more. Please contact us for more information on how this can help you.

Fertility Issues

Any woman from the teenage years to menopause can use the Creighton Model as a means of monitoring her health. The Creighton Model provides a standardized and objective means of recording the biomarkers of a woman’s reproductive health. Users of the Creighton Model often recognize abnormalities sooner than those who do not chart, thus encouraging more timely medical intervention when necessary.

To provide education, support, and training for the promotion of good reproductive health using the Creighton Model, which respects all human life and the self-worth of participants.
